  Shane Maine has extensive experience in the launch, financing, and growth of IT companies. He has led acquisitions of 30+ private companies and is a Co-Founder of Pivot (TSX:PTG), Quisitive (TSXV:QUIS), Converge Technology Solutions (TSX:CTS), and Fulcrum Automation (TSXV:MCLD). Most recently, he is a Co-Founder and CEO of Fulcrum IT Partners, a global consolidation of IT solution companies in the UK, U.S., and Canada.

  Gordon McMillan has been an entrepreneur in the financial industry for the past 23+ years. Gordon McMillan is a Co-Founder of Pivot (TSX: PTG), Quisitive (TSXV:QUIS), Converge Technology Solutions (TSX:CTS), Fulcrum Automation (TSXV: MCLD), Triax Capital, and Skylon Capital. Most recently, he is a Co-Founder of Fulcrum IT Partners, a global consolidation of IT solution companies in the UK, U.S., and Canada.

Warren Barnes is a former CEO and CFO of Pivot (TSX:PTG). With over 20 years of experience in executive management, Warren has extensive expertise in operations and finance.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis on Accounting and Marketing from California State University, Long Beach and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Alexander Wit is a managing partner of PHI Industrial and has engaged in entrepreneurial activities for the past 20 years. Alexander led acquisitions of 24+ private companies across Europe, focusing on complex carve-outs and non-performing targets. Alexander holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Luis Ongil has over 20+ years of experience leading Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams across Europe. Luis has previously worked at McKinsey & Company and is a serial entrepreneur in the technology space.  Luis is the currently leading operational activities in a global consolidation of IT solution companies in Europe and the UK.

Director

Kyle Lanzinger leads Fulcrum's M&A team and has led over 15 acquisitions in the technology and services industries. Kyle has extensive experience in capital raising and M&A for public and private companies.

Associate

Connor Winters works on the Fulcrum finance team to support M&A, financing and operating activities. Connor is a former associate at a $10B AUM Toronto-based asset manager. Connor holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Computer Science from Queen's University.

Julia Maine works across all areas of Fulcrum serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO. Julia supports the team on global strategy, communication and group operations. Julia holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Queen's University.

Juliana Brown works on M&A and operations across USA and Canada. Juliana has experience leading diligence team on corporate transactions. Juliana holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from Queen's University.
